Mountain calm half an hour from Almaty.
Kokzhailau is a four-star mountain boutique hotel at the foot of the Trans-Ili Alatau. Sixty rooms, a restaurant, a spa centre and quiet trails for walks. We have welcomed guests since 2009 and rank among the ten best hotels in Almaty by guest reviews.
About 95 people work at the hotel: reception and housing, the restaurant and lobby bar, the spa and housekeeping. We teach new employees our service standards, support growth inside the team and employ everyone officially under the Labour Code of Kazakhstan.

The city booking and recruitment office: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00. - How to get here
- The city office is at 50 Zhibek Zholy Avenue: the entrance is from the avenue, with a "Kokzhailau" plate. The hotel itself is at the foot of the mountains, about half an hour from the city; on the interview day we send the route and corporate transport from the office.
