The city booking and recruitment office: Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00. - How to get here
- The city office is at 50 Zhibek Zholy Avenue: the entrance is from the avenue, with a "Kokzhailau" plate. The hotel itself is at the foot of the mountains, about half an hour from the city; on the interview day we send the route and corporate transport from the office.
